No, we do not recommend this. In theory, however, it is possible, especially in early pregnancy.

Your baby is well protected by the amniotic fluid, but you do not want to run any risks of falling on your belly. Adventurous sports such as skydiving and bungee jumping are therefore not recommended.

And although it may be possible in early pregnancy, most parachute centres do not want to take any risks.

You can, however, take flying lessons in a Cessna. As a rule, flying lessons are possible in the first two trimesters of an uncomplicated pregnancy. If in doubt, always consult your midwife or GP.

Precisely because you can't jump during your pregnancy, a tandem skydive is a fantastic maternity gift. You can of course order your gift voucher in advance and make an appointment. Pre-fun is the most fun!
