Static simulator

The cockpit is an exact replica. Naturally, the Boeing has dual control. This allows the instructor to fully assume the role of co-pilot. The simulator is not certified. This means that you cannot or do not have to write the hours you make. This makes training considerably cheaper than on a certified simulator.

Approach or Failure training

In consultation with the instructor you complete the training to your own liking. The simulator can simulate more than 10 training options such as:

• start-up (cold & dark), taxi procedures
• briefings, drills
• engine and APU fire
• night operations
• pressurization failures

Or you train a specific approach; You can fly at more than 20,000 airports. Train for example:

• approach and landings at Paro International Airport in Bhutan
• landings on Skiathos
• fly to Atlanta during rush hour
• depart from Innsbruck with low clouds

This training is intended for (frozen) ATPL and CPL pilots who want to:

• make a number of flying hours on the Boeing 737-800
• train specific failures
