The Pipistrel Velis Electro is a Slovenian light aircraft designed and manufactured by Pipistrel of Ajdovščina. The aircraft received the EASA CS-LSA all-electric type certification in June 2020 and it is primarily intended for the role of training aircraft, particularly multiple consecutive take-offs and landings on the airfield. The design is the first type-certified electric aircraft and is delivered complete and ready to fly.
