Mijn zoon vond het fantastisch. De vlieginstructeur was Thomas en Thomas is geweldig. Heel geduldig legde hij uit hoe de A320 werkt.
- Voor Thomas en de simulator 5 sterren.
- Graag nog beelden sturen die met camera zijn gemaakt. Heb ik nog niet ontvangen.
My son loved it. The flight instructor was Thomas and Thomas is great. Very patiently he explained how the A320 works.

- Please still send images taken with camera. Haven't received them yet.

This was my first experience flying a simulator and overall, it was very enjoyable. The instructor was an active KLM pilot, was pleasant to interact with, answered all my questions, and shared stories from his own flying experience.
However, there were a few issues.
1. The simulator had several glitches interrupting the session at different times. We had to reset it completely at one point, which took about ten minutes and interrupted the session.
2. The video recording experience was not great because it had to be turned on and off manually at different times rather than just recording the whole session from which the best moments can be cut out later.
3. But probably most importantly, I realized afterward that I knew quite a bit about planes and piloting. I was hoping for a more structured, realistic gate-to-gate flight experience, complete with starting the airplane, checklists, clearances, and learning standard cockpit procedures. Instead, the session was more suited to very inexperienced pilots and lacked a structured scenario. I now know to request such experience for my future bookings.
To address the last point for first-time visitors it would be helpful if the booking process highlighted the different experience formats available, from basic controls to a more comprehensive, realistic flight scenario. This would ensure that participants can choose an experience that best matches their knowledge and interests.

Ik vond het een bijzondere en unieke ervaring
- Ik.kreeg veel uitleg over het zweefvliegen, het vliegtuig en de bediening van het vliegtuig.
- Toilet plaatsen achter op het veld.

Het was een geweldige ervaring. Er werd veel (snel) uitgelegd. Je moet dus goed opletten. Maar dat lijkt mij gezien de activiteit erg logisch. Thuis begreep ik pas goed wat ik had meegemaakt. Ik had direct zin om nog een keer te gaan.
- Zeer goede uitleg. Erg aardige man. Hij neemt de tijd voor je. Keurige wachtruimte met WC. Makkelijk parkeren. Snelle feedback.
- Het was ver weg uit Rotterdam.
It was a great experience. A lot was explained (quickly). So you have to pay close attention. But that seems very logical to me given the activity. At home, I really understood what I had experienced. I immediately felt like going again.
- Very good explanation. Very nice man. He takes the time for you. Neat waiting room with toilet. Easy parking. Quick feedback.
- It was a long way from Rotterdam.

Geweldig! Heel bijzonder om zelf een toestel te vliegen. Daarnaast wordt je prettig ontvangen, ze nemen uitgebreid de tijd om te instrueren en vragen te beantwoorden.
- Vriendelijke mensen, uitgebreide 1 op1 instructie, geen tijdsdruk, zelf route bepalen
- Niet één minpunt te bedenken.
Awesome! Very special to fly a plane yourself. In addition, you are received pleasantly, they take extensive time to instruct and answer questions.

Ontzettende leuke en ontspannen vliegles gehad, de instructeur wist veel dingen goed uit te leggen

- De mate waarin je zelf mocht vliegen.
- Geen minpunten! Wel een tip, misschien handig om op jullie site te vermelden dat je ook via jullie een filmpje kunt laten maken. Ik kon er niets over vinden in de teksten.

Super gaaf om mee te mogen vliegen, echt een ervaring rijker!!
- Super leuk personeel, weten veel te vertellen over zowel het vliegtuig zelf, het vliegen als de omgeving vanuit de lucht.
- Een beter geregeld welkomsontvangst met wellicht een bakje koffie o.i.d.

Vond het geweldig, aardig mensen die je alles uitleggen. Mijn tamdemmaster was Leon, een aardige en rustige man die je alles rustig uitleg. Ook als je boven in de lucht hangt.
- Netjes alles uitgelegd en ze vragen steeds of alles goed gaat ivm zenuwen.

Loved it, nice people who explain everything to you. My tamdemmaster was Leon, a nice and calm man who calmly explains everything to you. Even when you are up in the air.

Loved my flying experience! Ricardo was very calm, professional and constantly checks the instruments to make sure everything works fine.
