Het was een geweldige ervaring om mee te maken wat een piloot allemaal moet doen in een F16, de G krachten op je lichaam. Een geweldig uur onder een perfecte uitleg van de instructeur.
Je hebt echt het idee dat je zelf aan het vliegen bent!

Simulator was fantastisch, hoop vliegkennis opgedaan, werkt verhelderend om eens zelf achter de knuppel plaats te kunnen nemen

Waanzinnig!

Super leuke ervaring om eens mee te vliegen in een Cessna!
- Fijne piloot, veel uitleg aan boord en je kan aangeven waar je graag heen wilt vliegen.
- De theorie op de grond is beperkt

Leuke ervaring ook al is het een statische simulator. Omdat je wel een drukpak aankrijgt (die het ook doet) voel je hoe hard dat opblaast als je een flink aantal G voor je kiezen krijgt. Instructies zijn duidelijk en volgen zich in een rap tempo op.
- Realistische cockpit. Drukpak wat ook echt opblaast.
- De resolutie van de het schrem.
Fun experience even though it's a static simulator. Because you do get to wear a pressure suit (which also does it), you feel how hard that blows up when you get a good number of G in front of you. Instructions are clear and follow at a fast pace

Heel leuk, was maar een korte vlucht, maar toch weer een belevenis. Er stond behoorlijk wat wind wat je heel goed kon voelen. Het weer en het uitzicht was tijdens de vlucht geweldig.
- Super aardige piloot, erg behulpzaam en gaf goed uitleg over de instrumenten en waar je in het onderliggende landschap op moest letten.
- Bewegwijzering naar de plaats waar je je moet melden vind ik slecht, parkeerterrein overvol. De zitruimte in dit "oude" vliegtuig is zeer beperkt.
Very nice, it was only a short flight, but still an experience. There was quite some wind which you could feel very well. The weather and the view were great during the flight.
- Super nice pilot, very helpful and gave good explanations about the instruments and what to look out for in the landscape below.
- I found the signposting to the place where you have to report poor, car park overcrowded. Seating space in this "old" plane is very limited.

Het was een super gave belevenis. Instructeur Rodney gaf duidelijke uitleg en coachte tijdens het vliegen op een hele ontspannen manier. Met de opgedane tips en tricks kan ik nu zelf aan de slag om de nodige vlieguren te maken.
- Het voor het eerst vliegen met mijn eigen drone was een gaaf gevoel. Ik wilde dit niet eerst zelf doen vanwege de kans dat het de eerste keer fout zou kunnen gaan. Na uitleg van Rodney de instructeur was ik zelfverzekerd om voor het eerst de lucht in te gaan.

It was a super cool experience. Instructor Rodney gave clear explanations and coached while flying in a very relaxed way. With the tips and tricks I learned, I can now start flying myself to get the necessary flight hours.
- Flying my own drone for the first time was a cool feeling. I didn't want to do this myself first because of the chance it could go wrong the first time. After explanations from Rodney the instructor, I was confident to take to the air for the first time.

Grandioos!
- De rust maar tegelijkertijd het enthousiasme dat uitgaat van de instructeur.
In overleg werd de route bepaald. Mocht zelf sturen, bochtjes maken…geweldig. - Totaal niet!

Deze belevenis cadeau gegeven aan onze zoon. Helaas was de eerste afspraak in het water gevallen omdat er onverwacht een storing was door een windows update.
Als goedmaker mocht onze zoon in de herhaling een half uur extra tijd vliegen. Daar was hij natuurlijk super blij mee.
Tijdens de sessie heb ik als passagier erbij gezeten en gezien hoe goed Theo het deed.
Hij heeft alles goed en geduldig uitgelegd en heeft alle aandacht voor de piloot. Onze zoon was wat zenuwachtig, maar dat werd goed opgepakt en op ingehaakt. Ook kreeg werd er door Theo goed gereageerd op de onzekerheid van onze zoon. Simulator op pauze en hem vertellen dat ie het echt goed deed.
- Persoonlijke aandacht en ook daarbij de 'tips' hoe hij zijn droom als piloot kan waarmaken.

Gave this experience as a gift to our son. Unfortunately, the first appointment had fallen through because of an unexpected malfunction due to a windows update.
As compensation, our son was allowed to fly an extra half-hour in the repeat. Of course, he was super happy with that.
During the session, I sat there as a passenger and saw how well Theo did.
He explained everything well and patiently and paid full attention to the pilot. Our son was a bit nervous, but that was handled and responded well. Theo also responded well to our son's uncertainty. Simulator on pause and telling him he was doing really well.

Fantastische dag gehad, met enorm veel geluk met het weer
- Instructeurs, kundig, leuk en vertelden veel gedurende de vlucht. Uberhaupt alle mensen die aanwezig waren, ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij
- Ontvangst met enkel kopje koffie zou helemaal top zijn. Je bent hele dag op het veld, hier is geen toilet aanwezig, kan voor vrouwen wat onhandig zijn.

- Instructors, knowledgeable, fun and told a lot during the flight. Uberhaupt all the people present, incredibly friendly and welcoming
- Reception with just a cup of coffee would be absolutely great. You are on the field all day, no toilet here, can be a bit inconvenient for women.

Het was geweldig! Ik ben nu van mijn vliegangst af. Onlangs vloog ik weer moeiteloos naar Barcelona.
- 1 op 1 begeleiding erg fijn door een piloot. Deze nam alle tijd voor mijn vragen.Verder vond ik het ook een geweldige ervaring in de vliegsimulator.

Een ontzettend leuke dag op Terlet waarbij ik een goed beeld heb gekregen van hoe een dag vliegen er uit ziet. De dag begon met het meehelpen de vliegtuigen op het veld te rollen en eindigde ruim 9 uur later met het parkeren in de hangar. Helaas was de wind/thermiek niet optimaal waardoor de vluchten niet heel lang waren, maar ik heb het gevoel alle onderdelen op het veld te hebben gezien. Van de lier tot het aanhaken, het terugslepen en de coördinatie van het starten overal was ik welkom en vertelden mensen enthousiast over hun rol. De kers op de taart was een stukje zelf te mogen sturen, een prachtige ervaring!

- Toen mijn vrouw en kinderen even kwamen kijken werden ze echt betrokken.
- De relatief korte vluchten werden gecompenseerd met maar liefst 5 starts, ondanks dat veel leden met minder naar huis gingen. Dank! - Er is echt niets op het veld (stond ook keurig in de info vooraf) dus voldoende eten en drinken meenemen is echt een must. Helaas dus ook geen vers bakkie koffie ;-)
An incredibly fun day at Terlet where I got a good idea of what a day of flying looks like. The day started with helping to roll the aircraft onto the field and ended over 9 hours later with parking in the hangar. Unfortunately, the wind/thermals were not optimal so the flights were not very long, but I feel I got to see all the parts on the field. From the winch to hitching, towing back and coordinating takeoffs everywhere I was welcomed and people enthusiastically told me about their roles. The icing on the cake was getting to steer a bit myself, a wonderful experience!

- The relatively short flights were compensated with no less than 5 starts, despite many members going home with less. Thanks! - There is really nothing on the field (was also nicely stated in the info beforehand) so bringing enough food and drink is really a must. So unfortunately no fresh cup of coffee either ;-)
